I feel honoured to have been acknowledged in this book and that some of my ideas have found their way onto its pages. This book was authored by some good friends of mine. It touches on many of the experiences we have had and lessons we have learned trying to help organisations innovate at scale.
I am delighted that Marc and Lindsay acknowledged me in this book and shared some of my thinking on Goal-oriented design. This book was authored ahead of its time. Integrating design thinking and quality customer experience into engineering led cultures is often challenging. This book lays out many ideas that help.
